2x D Batteries fit into a handy controller allowing button controlled walking with moving arms and on off flashing bulbs. Unlike the smoking spaceman above this model using an innovative powder tray in the head portion along with a bellows to literally puff smoke out of a nozzle at its mouth.
This robot is an excellent reproduction of the Line Mar 'Robot with lantern' produced in the typical early 1950s fashion of making entirely out of tinplate (controller button excluded). Even the battery housing controller is made of tin!
